For nine years, I have lived in one of the neighborhoods that uses Association Specialists as its property manager. And for nine years, there have been problems with their service. River Run is a large condiminium development that is really more like an apartment complex. No onsite management office or maintenance on the premises. Many of the units here are rental property, which attracts undesireable activity such as loud partying on the weekends, cars being worked on in the parking lots, cats and dogs, and too many slamming doors any time of the day.
