The lack of communication from them is frustrating. Numerous homeowners have reported pool issues to them and nothing gets resolved. Our community pool has leaves, mulch and debris at the bottom and our hot tub has mold. Have they responded to our complaints?? No

I truly wish I could leave a better rating, as it's clear how much our community means to us. It's my belief that an association should value and appreciate our community just as much. Unfortunately, I've seen too many instances of delays and excuses that have left me feeling frustrated. I really think it might be time for this association to reconsider its commitment to Savannah Quarters.
