As a contractor (RW Anderson Services), we have worked with Association Services for years with our Condo Care program and performing various work orders for the communities they serve. They are one of the best. Very responsive, very professional and a fun group of people! We look forward to continue to work with them in the future.
We have worked with Jessica from Association Services on a number of projects to achieve FHA/HUD approval for HOS's that she manages. I have alway found her be both very professional and knowledgeable. She is a pleasure to work with and extremely competent if a problem arises. Association Services is one of the limited number of businesses on our Premium Client List.
Association Services has been our management company for 2 years. They stepped in when our old management company was not serving our community. We were a disaster. Association Services worked hard to get us back on track . It took several months, but they succeeded and we were (and are)grateful. The team we work with addresses issues timely and to our satisfaction. It is a pleasure to work with them. We highly recommend Association Services.
Kudos to Association Services/Puyallup, and particularly to our CMCA, Jessica Jones. As Board President, I could not serve my community without Jessica and her team's assistance. Not sure how same day responses to our many inquiries and action requests are accomplished, but Jessica does just that. All with grace and efficiency. Very unhappy with this company, they manage Patrick's Faire and continue to harass my renter and charge me fees for ridiculous things that they don't even inform me of. They have fined us for not fixing a broken fence gate quick enough even though my renter had ankle surgery and Jessica said she understood,now for leaving trash cans out, and we barely escaped the fine for the new BBQ that was on the front porch for a short time.
