I'm very please with the thorough report. The recommended reserve savings contributions are most helpful.
Had an incredibly unpleasant and unprofessional experience with this company. Not only was their report wildly inaccurate, they denied that it was wrong and refused to amend the report per our requests. Their estimates were off by as much as 4x compared to the actual estimates we received, and they cited the RCWs incorrectly. Their excuse? "How would we know about your community's costs?" They came out to Western Montana a did a great job taking pictures and asking questions. The Reserve Study we received was well laid out and comprehensive. Really helped to make the Board aware of what is coming in the future. Ryan was especially helpful and very precise. His assistance with answering follow-up questions and make adjustments to the Reserve Study was invaluable. We looking forward to working with these guys in 5 years to do an update.
