I'm very please with the thorough report. The recommended reserve savings contributions are most helpful.
Had an incredibly unpleasant and unprofessional experience with this company. Not only was their report wildly inaccurate, they denied that it was wrong and refused to amend the report per our requests. Their estimates were off by as much as 4x compared to the actual estimates we received, and they cited the RCWs incorrectly. Their excuse? "How would we know about your community's costs?"
