I have used APM for 5 years and am very happy with their management. They take care of maintenance issues quickly and keep me informed of the process. They are easy to get in touch with and are generally very good with communications. Their fees are very competitive. Great organization!

They have helped ** have no vacancies and most importantly freed up our time by maintaining the property management for several of our rentals. They are diligent and hard working. The communication as our middle man has been great with the renters and inform us of any issues going on. Highly recommend working with them!

We've been with APM over a year now. So far good to work with. Pretty much everything they said they would do they are doing. I'd recommend them for HOA management.

I own a condo where they manage the association. They've actually been good to deal with. Far better than the last management company we had for far to long.

Terrible business. We paid a heavy security deposit on a property they manage. Now we have moved out, cleaned the property and returned it back in excellent condition and are fighting to get our security deposit returned. They are responsive when they need money but now that they owe ** moneythe refuse to answer the phone, return calls or emails, and are extremely delinquent in refunding ** our money.

This is by far the worst property management company. There is absolutely no follow-up of resident issues/concerns. Several months after they took over the building it looks almost uninhabitable in the common areas. Repeated calls/ emails/ texts to the main office go unanswered or ignored. Unless the individual residents clean/ sweep/ maintain inside or outside the building it would probably look much worse than it is.
