Absolutely worst property management. They do not answer their phones, they refuse to show records to home owners. They are never in office. It’s like pulling teeth to get your documents that YOU ARE LEGALLY entitled to. Do not use them for HOA!
They never solve the problem at hand.
Do not purchase a home in this community! The HOA team members are rude and will not address your concerns. They will however advise you to send an email and they will respond to you-which can take days on end. They also decided to do appointment only for office hours and did not communicate to residents. Also, it appears that one of the employees family members own/operate the towing company that tows residents cars as well as make up a price.
