Our HOA (Bellastead) in Charlotte with AMS (Association Management Solutions, Inc.) is the absolute worst. They are currently asking us to vote for the lawn maintenance to stay or go... Needless to say, I have reached out to both Orlando Ponce (HOA Community Manager with AMS) as well as Laura Kephart (Regional Manager with AMS & William Douglas Management). If they get enough votes to eliminate the lawn maintenance, they will reduce the cost by $35 per homeowner per month, BUT we pay over $50 per homeowner per month! I ... read more
