The absolute worst management company. The owner feels she is too good to respond to homeowners in the NorthShore community - we pay $1000.00 per year for immunities that do not exist and they refuse to hold Lamar smith contractors accountable for cleaning up the construction sites on a daily basis. This is a gated community and they refuse to keep the gates in working order order in a timely manner.
