So I have been dealing with these useless leeches for the last two years almost. My next door neighbor is running an Air B N B out of their house which is explicitly against our neighborhood covenant. Indy AMI seems to think that taking no actual action is appropriate as this situation has been ongoing for at least 1.5 documented years. Absolutely horrible management company!! Too many issues to document, but there are a plethora. If you have a choice of companies to go with, do not pick AMI. Read the reviews, I am not the only one that feels this way.

2nd edit: this poor excuse of a business continued to lie and gaslight residents for nearly 8 hours today. We had to pay out of our own pockets because they refused to contact a company to come out to plow for us. They eventually contacted Extreme Outdoor Solutions, but they never showed. Expect zero timely communication from anyone at AMI. My emails consistently go unacknowledged by our neighborhood community manager. It is apparently baked into the SLA for working with them. When past messages have been escalated to Mike Foxworthy after 1-2 weeks of waiting, he no longer apologizes and there is a 50/50 chance I will actually receive a reply after whatever internal conversation takes place. I live in the Timber Creek condos that were destroyed in a fire. The rebuild process has been an absolute joke that AMI has just left us to hang out to dry. It has overrun on time by nearly a year. AMI has continued to make us pay our HOA fees this whole time, even though we don't even live there. They don't care about us, because they continue get our money no matter how long the project takes. We have no power to push the contractor or the insurance companies, because we are not the client.
