We rented a property in Kissimmee from AMG for a year. When we moved in they were given a list of repairs to complete. We are moving out after a year, and 2/3 of the reapirs we cited on move in were never completed. Holes in the wall, ceilings, leaking pool, etc. I would never rent again. I suggest you check this out before you do.
