Over the past few months, I have had the opportunity to work with other HOA management companies, and that experience has given me a clearer perspective on the quality of service we receive from Earl and his team. In comparison, it is evident that Earl and his team are doing an excellent job for our community. I would like to publicly thank them for their dedication and the high level of service they provide.
THESE PEOPLE NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED BY AUTHORITIES. They constantly leave false HOA reports and fines, never take care of real problems in the neighborhood that we complain about, there is trash in people's driveways and they have the audacity to fine people over ridiculous miniscule things that can be solved in less than an hour. This HAS TO BE a fake HOA/LLC in order to leech money off of people. Have been asking for meeting minutes for my community for months now- no response. This should be a shared document in 2024 with clear transparency. This is not difficult to do! Do BETTER!
