THESE PEOPLE NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED BY AUTHORITIES. They constantly leave false HOA reports and fines, never take care of real problems in the neighborhood that we complain about, there is trash in people's driveways and they have the audacity to fine people over ridiculous miniscule things that can be solved in less than an hour. Have been asking for meeting minutes for my community for months now- no response. This should be a shared document in 2024 with clear transparency. This is not difficult to do! Do BETTER!
Hands down the worst HOA management company. If you contact them just assume that no one can help you and you’ll be less irritated. Recently had the spa in our community updated. Within 6 months the spa is having issues. Those issues include being electrocuted twice. The second time happened after the association told me it was fixed. 3 months later and they are just getting around to fixing it.
