Have been asking for meeting minutes for my community for months now- no response. This should be a shared document in 2024 with clear transparency. This is not difficult to do! Do BETTER!
Hands down the worst HOA management company. If you contact them just assume that no one can help you and you’ll be less irritated. Recently had the spa in our community updated. Within 6 months the spa is having issues. Those issues include being electrocuted twice. The second time happened after the association told me it was fixed. 3 months later and they are just getting around to fixing it. Before that I had to contact San Diego public health involved to shut the pool down because the pool guys weren’t doing their job. ... read more
