The worst possible management company anyone could ever have. It makes the worst decisions in selection of landscape contractors and pushes the HOA to spend more money than needed on really dumb and crude irrigation repairs, plant pruning and new installations that cost way to much money better used elsewhere on more needed upgrades. Also, never any management supervision, it just trusts all contractors to oversee all jobs themselves with truly awful work quality as a result. Association Management Co LLC have newer in my intire life seen a company value and not following points of owners in the HOA and Bylaws I'm pretty sure they newer heard about the Davis stealing act and its seem more that this company is favoring the current board and not enforcing the ownership who owns the property I've spoken to one of the owner Pam she was just straight line rude on the phone 0 customer service For me it's is amazing as of below Get respond by email .....almost impossible A person to speak to...99% unsuc... read more
