I have been trying to reach someone in the office since 12:30 and it is now 3:00 and still no answer and your VM box is full, honestly?? I am about to lose my insurance because of your inability to pay the portion I have been approved for. Does anyone even work there. Very frustrated, can't even get a message responded too.
