I agree with everybody else's negative opinions of this company
Absolutely awful Frank the owner doesnot answer or return phone calls or respond from texts he is getting PAID to represent Run run far from him. His employees seem niceand try to help He is a NIGHTMARE
Absolutely the worst association company I’ve ever seen, cares about nothing. Been over 6 weeks since a report of security lights being out and they still have not been changed. someone could be standing at my back door and I would not see them. DANGEROUS . God forbid somebody got killed here with the lights out would cost all owners tens of thousands at best. Got reply today saying repair people only work one day a week that’s why It’s taking over six weeks to change a security light. Unacceptable.
They sent me to collections! I was away with the military. I had set up an auto draft with an employee back in January that was never processed. I didn't hear anything back and assumed the auto draft started, but I was away, so I didn't know that it hadn't. After a short time, I received a letter and tried to pay it to catch up, I was connected with Jenna about the issue. After I contacted her, she sent me to collections.
