I have had the misfortune of working with this company as a client and as a president of a neighboring association. I also know people who live in the neighboring association they manage and none of them are happy. I have to say these are the rudest, least professional people I have ever worked with. The rot starts at the top and works its way down. The property they manage has maintenance issues that are outstanding for literally months and their property manager is massively unprofessional. Laura Cullen the property manager for Villas of Countryside is extremely rude to owners here. Supposed to be a list for people looking to rent out their condo. Laura told me there is no list and wont be a list while she has the job. Rude customer service and only cares about herself. Threatens people with lawyers and all kinds of b.s.
Horrible company. They lost the business with our association and did not cancel the ACH payments from the bank they did business with. My HOA payment was taken from my checking account. I also paid the new bank my HOA FEE. Double ding. They should have deactivated the automatic payments for all the owners. They did this deliberately to cause confusion for the new property management company and the old owners. There was a reason they lost the business of over 500 doors in the community.
The most incompetent management company I have ever experienced. They follow up on nothing. It’s been months since we moved in and we still have not been provided access to the front gate. There is no communication and getting an email or phone call returned is an act of Congress. I would suggest that any HOA looking for a management company to absolutely avoid this company.
