Columbia county Ga worker damaged my car at the beginning of August 2024. The lady handling my claim has done nothing but give me the run around. First she told me an adjuster had to come look at the damage and to expect a call. Then said she thought I was getting a quote. Informed her she never sent an email with contact information or no way to reach her. The absolute worst website and app. Customer care is non existent, but they're positively going to get their money, count on that!
This is a great organization that provides a collective voice on behalf of county governments. They offer numerous services and resources such as training for elected officials and staff, advocates for counties on both a state and federal levels, provides numerous resources to assist local counties as well as providing continuing education for an ever-changing environment.
