Cleaning crew does not adequately clean our breezeways, leaving a visible residue along sides and corners. Elevator floors are cleaned with only water and visible dirt and grime remains after each 'cleaning'. Crew plays loud music that can be heard in every unit during the 3+ hour cleaning.
I strongly advise against utilizing Association Cleaning Team due to their inadequate performance. The owner, Micky, prioritizes contract acquisition over investing in functional equipment, resulting in subpar cleaning methods, including the use of contaminated water. Moreover, Chris, the supervisor, faces homelessness, often sleeping in his car or at the company's facilities.
