Think twice about these people. This association consists of multiple family dwelling units. There have been several fires here. You would think that AANJ would make it a priority to mitigate circumstances that would increase injuries and deaths in case of fire. Instead they have allowed numerous windows throughout the complex to become covered by overgrown hedges making it impossible to use them to get out of the building in an emergency. Several months double payments have been taken out of my checking account. I thought it was settled and the Association sent me a check for the past double billing payments. Today 2/12/2018, again Association Advisors took out two separate payments of $260.38. That is a total of $520.76. I am going to bounce a check due to your errors. Please rectify and put back $260.38 immediately.

In all my life, in any area of business I have ever been involved in, I have never seen such incompetence, underhandedness, mismanagement and outright rude people all grouped together under one banner. They don't have the courtesy to return phone calls or emails. Their business model is to ignore you for long enough until you either give up or just move.
Association Advisors is a completely disorganized company. They managed our complex in Matawan for four years and our bills were consistently paid late causing us to incur fines and penalties. Our property actually went into tax sale at times with a tax sale certificate issued. We had an overwhelming problem with the DCA because they responded too late and with too little getting completed. The DCA has fined and issued penalties. Horrible, horrible, horrible. The person I dealt with is rude, condescending and could care less about the quality of life of the residents. If I could, I would give them minus 5 stars.
