I’m a loyal patient who has been with the practice for over 20 years. I come to the office once a year and every single time I get close to my yearly appointment I get a letter in the mail asking me to call because they need to reschedule. I rescheduled my appointment then I get ANOTHER LETTER in the mail telling me they not only need to move my appointment again, but I also need to drive all the way to a different location. Don't expect a call back from this office. I was told I was noncompliant from a letter sent to me ten years ago. I asked for a call back to discuss but they couldn't be bothered. That never would have happened when Dr Powell and his wife were running the practice. Considering all the terrible reviews before mine, I should be grateful for no call back.

I have always gone to Fayetteville office for exam and then went downstairs to st Joseph’s imaging for mammo… just tried to make this appointment and told “ we don’t have imaging in Fayetteville “ when did this change??

My appointment was cancelled and I was not notified. Office was unable to accommodate at scheduled appointment time or reschedule to something comparable within an acceptable amount of time.
