Should have heeded the other warnings/reviews. Stunningly incapable staff and responsible for much wasted time between cancelled visits & 2 confirmed appointments when the doctor was not in the office. Sketchy billing - finally received custom insoles ordered 4 mos ago. Do not visit.
This practice is completely unethical. I saw them for a visit over 5 years ago and recently received a bill. They said they were auditing their files. I am not sure why their files were not up to date before, it makes me question their practices. I’m not sure if it’s a scam or not. 1) I scheduled a couple of appointments using my GHI insurance and I never had an issue with DeLoor. Then, out of nowhere I received a bill dated 6/26/2023 stating that I owed $121 for a deductible on a bill dated 7/13/2020 for a visit with a DeLoor’s doctor that wasn’t covered by my insurance. I had surgery with this practice November 2021. Dr Deloor and Dr Patek assured me I would not be billed for my procedure. One and half years later I'm recieving a bill for $2500. Scammers.
