Associates Septic Services has a lengthy contract to pump my septic every 3 years paid via my tax bill collected by the county. They pumped my system 9/2018 (my inspection report that goes to the county had no issues) and in less than a month the system was overflowing the tank lids. It was last pumped is 2015 and had no issues until they pumped it. I contacted Lance P******* the owner and informed him something must have happened during the pumping for the system to stop working. He said, "I did nothing wrong, good luck" . ... read more

This customer has a failing system. We responded to his home within 45 minutes of his complaint only to find 5 feet of liquid in his drain field. He wanted us to fix his 32 year old septic system at our expense. I would not agree to that. We contacted the company he hired to come out after us. They did verify their was a blockage. But they also told him we would not have known this at that time. The second company also confirmed he has a failing septic system. The blockage was not apparent when we were there. We have used Associated Septic Services twice to conduct soil perc.tests on lots we have for sale in the Town of Norway, Racine County. On both occasions they provided us with very prompt and efficient service. Prior to contacting Associated Septic Services we attempted to reach another contractor in the Town of Norway but never heard back from them. If you want a soil test done prompty and efficiently use Associated Septic Services.
