They over bill patients for copy's.. Even when you show them prof of payments and the fact your unable to see a provider before you pay they still send out bills saying you owe them money. When you call to speak to a manager or owner nobody calls you back they just send another bill..
After waiting 20 minutes and being told my doctor was still busy, I informed the staff I had another appointment and couldn't wait. They deducted $100 from my bank account. The office staff was rude when I called to resolve this. They refuse to refund the charge and are claiming a different appointment time.
