I was there for a follow up office visit with one of Dr Swartz's PA, Avery. I was there 15 minutes before my appointment time. Taken back at my appointment time but then had to wait 45 minutes before Avery came into the room and spent maybe 5 minutes reviewing my sleep study. Not sure how this is standard practice to make a patient wait that long without actually updating them on status.
