Not only are they a great company to do business with, but Associates Land Transfer has donated hundreds of dollars to our youth soccer team as well as to many other youth organizations. If you know enough to shop around for title insurance then you must contact ALT. They throw out a lot of those annoying little fees that add up to hundreds of dollars.
