Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Did this OBGYN promptly notify you about any test results? No, I had to call them myself Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while. Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Never, I've been going here forever and they can't even remember my name

Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Not really. I usually have to remind them. Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Is this provider's business conveniently located? Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Office staff is very rude and un helpful. I had to call every single day for a week before I got any help or advice whatsoever. After an ER visit, I had to wait another month before I could even follow up with her. Dr. Ganter showed me no empathy or compassion, and I was basically told that I have to deal with the pain I experience on a daily basis because it's "normal."
