Doctor Roberts has been my doctor since I found out I was 5 weeks pregnant. He is has been so understanding and on point with every single appointment. We ended up having a c section and when I tell you dr. Robert’s was so good to me during the whole process and even after during my healing. I would highly recommend him! Gina is so sweet and so caring too! All the staff are such amazing people and I wouldn’t go anywhere else but here.
Dr. William’s delivered all three of my babies, and I’ll never go anywhere else!
Doctors get 5 stars. Billing dept. gets minus 4. They never bothered to check if my wife's referral had expired. She had no idea, either. Didn't even cross her mind. Received a bill for the entire visit, and when she called to find out why, she was yelled at and reduced to tears. The billing dept. blamed HER for not checking. We got it straightened out, but they managed to piss off our insurance.
This place is a circus. If you see Hannah, make sure you read up on your rights first… she was ready to schedule my induction before there was a heartbeat. 0/10 stars.
I would not recommend this place if you have moved from different county or different state apparently there was a limit on obgyn and that’s It’s not any patients fault at all the fact that the manager Kim was extremely rude and when I threatened to get my lawyer involved, she just hung up the phone on me.
