They won’t accept any patients at all unless they are “problem patients?” Is being pregnant a problem or not? The woman who answered at the Ringold Office was extremely short and seems like she doesn’t like answering any questions at all. I was looking forward to seeing Dr. Roberts and she said he doesn’t want any new patients. How disappointing. Oh well!!!
I love this place so much There so sweet and they make time to get you what you need
great doctors , and nurses. but when i say i do not agree with receptionists being on the phone while sitting at their desk in certain situations . when i came in , i was not greeted in any way shape form or fashion. lady has her phone in her hand . on a video call . while the other lady is making appointments for someone on the business phone. your video call can catch this information. other people are hearing personal information that i do believe could cross HIPPA lines. i don’t agree with this at all if im just being ho... read more
I'm giving a 3 star review because Midwife Heidi Septor is a great doctor and she deserves some praise. However, Terry Williams isn't. He flat out ignored my concerns when having an IUD put in, didn't numb me, didn't guide it in with an ultrasound, and brushed me off like I didn't have a clue how to navigate my own healthcare. The nurses were apologetic for his behavior and helped me to the door like women justifying an abuser's behavior.
