Most of the staff is very rude and our appointments have not been put in correctly before. Calls don't get to the doctors. The receptionist seem to decide was important enough to get to the doctors.
The women at the front desk, Carey and Nicole, cancelled my daughters appointment twice on two separate occasions without prior notice and were very rude on the phone and had no compassion or sympathy. They offered to reschedule months from the appointment which is obviously not ideal. These people are dealing with patient’s sensitive medical matters and have no care or the bare minimum of human decency while doing so. They are rude, insensitive and disrespectful.
