Phone is out of service
The women at the front desk, Carey and Nicole, cancelled my daughters appointment twice on two separate occasions without prior notice and were very rude on the phone and had no compassion or sympathy. They offered to reschedule months from the appointment which is obviously not ideal. These people are dealing with patient’s sensitive medical matters and have no care or the bare minimum of human decency while doing so. They are rude, insensitive and disrespectful. Great experience all around! Was able to get in MONTHS sooner than other places and everyone was very accommodating. Dr Shelton and his assistant both genuinely listened to my concerns. I left feeling so much better and I look forward to being a patient from now on.
Anyone looking for Sandy, she is down the hall at Exceptional Care for Women!
