I am a new patient and have left 6 messages and NO-ONE has called me back. They DO NT answer their phones!
I went to my appointment on-time and had no issues. My hearing was tested and it was determined I needed two hearing aids instead of just the one I’ve been wearing. I got a call a week later stating my new hearing aids came in and within a week and a half from my initial appointment my new hearing aids we’re being set for me. I couldn’t be happier. The audiologist was amazing and very helpful. I found my new place for my hearing problems. Go here. You won’t be disappointed.
well I have been waiting for a certain chair to come in so I could take my vng test. I've been sick for so long I don't know what it's like to not be sick. Dr. Gross told me I was number two on the list but.....they're scheduling me a month away. I had hoped up until now that I could finally get better but I'm really very upset. I told the lady that I was supposed to be #2 on the list
