I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with Dr. Michelle Chaban and have been very impressed by her professionalism, clinical expertise, and commitment to high-quality care. She is a trusted and thoughtful clinician, and I would highly recommend her and her practice.
Worst experience! I called not once, not twice but 3 times over the course of 2 days to schedule an appointment with Michelle Chaban. I was told the messages were sent and I would get a call back as late at 9pm to schedule. 1 day passed, 2 days passed... and no call back. We're on day 3 and I have given up. The lack of professionalism with this practice is mind blowing. BEWARE they don't care about their patients!
