Literally the worst office in the world. Warning do not come here. Dr Cannella was great but the office is terrible and has high turnover. I was warned about the office before hand but went anyway because Dr Cannella was recommended. During my time here I had two different health insurances, both which fully covered visits with a $20 copay. When my insurance changed I updated the office. I’ll give three because my personal doctor is great. His covering, Dr. S, not so much. I’m 3 days without my medication after 3 messages. She claimed she couldn’t understand my name, yet I left THREE messages since Friday with my DOB, pharmacy, doses and all. She finally cracked the code I suppose because the were called in the afternoon.

Some front desk staff members are extremely rude and the schedule is absurdly inflexible all of a sudden. I have been a patient here for many years and now I will have to start fresh at a different practice because of new conflicts with my work schedule. I was also charged for my previous appointment because no one told me they did not accept my new insurance when I mailed in my changed records. An absolute shame.

Not going to lie, the experience was pretty disappointing. I was a patient at another company before this and the experience was so so much better than this. I really didn’t feel like I was treated well as a patient
