I have lived awhile and was reluctant to see a therapist. It is difficult to find mature, qualified people who you can trust and benefit by their therapy. I saw a Bible in the waiting room, but no other reference to God in sessions, ever. Spiritual therapy is an option. There are many therapists here with specialized qualifications.
