Providers are great. Staff has a big turnover though. Just when you get used to one who is great, there is someone new. For me consistency is key. Office manager does not treat people like human being. She talks down to patients, especially if there is money due.
Cannot say enough about the personal treatment and care received in this office. The office is friendly and helpful; they listen to you. The care is wonderful and I leave the office, drive to the pharmacy and my medications are being filled. Have never had to wait for medications, whether acute or chronic conditions.
My visits have always been good. Little wait time, questions answered, etc. The big issue is getting prescriptions to the pharmacy. I have yet to get one filled without a week or more of calls and promises. If you use medications to manage acute illness, this is not the practice for you. If you don't need prescriptions, they are great.
One of the best places for Primary care. You get a lot of attention and time. Also can counsel via email if you are travelling. Very knowledgeable, super responsive
