Rude front office staff. Almost impossible to contact via phone. Does not return calls. Finally, after miraculously achieving an appt months later, i was told to call them after they sent me away, (to a procedure that did ZERO to help me) then they never returned my message when I called them... just as they had instructed me to do!. The patients here are treated like cash cows only, and a bother. So I went somewhere else. Where they actually listen. And return calls. And not a huge months long waste of time and money.
