Everyone here saying you can't speak to someone... If you just wait through the prompts without making a selection , the phone will ring through to the staff. Dr. Medley is great. He's the only physician that's been able to help me get paid relief for hyper spacticity in my thoracic spinal muscles. Dry needling has changed my life.
A bunch of incompetent people is all I can say. They're to cheap to even have a full time human pick up the phone. Instead they make you leave a voice message which they say they will return but they never will. I had to call a billion times and then I only got attitude from the who eventually called back
