They did not tell my father what his surgery would cost or that it was not covered by insurance until after it was done. If he had known then he would've held off. They took about $1000 off his bill for their mistake but he still can't afford it. I would not recommend this place to anyone and be careful. They have given little communication on the issue and just decided to send the bill without updating him. It's just gross seeing how they have treated him
I have been under Dr. Merritt’s care for 15 years. She has performed multiple surgeries in my mouth. The results are always the same, perfect. Best of all, no pain, even after surgery. Although my case is probably different from other people, when I visit her I'm relaxed and confident she will take great care of me. No swelling, no pain .. when I there its like visiting a good friend. I totally recommend her for any periodontal work.
Dr. Merritt and staff have been outstanding in working with my Current implant procedure. DR. Merritt is far above other offices in explaining the procedure and following though to provide you with the up most care. This is my second implant with her and I highly recommend her and her staff.
Nothing like a surprise bill for an absurd amount of money with no description, no amounts due for the previous 90 days, and -my visit date was in January.
12/10 recommend Dr. Merritt and her team! Unfortunately, I had to get a tooth extracted and will begin the implant process with her soon. This was easily one of the best dental experiences I have had from the customer service by the front desk to the scans, the chairside manner from assistants, to the extraction experience in its entirety. I am 2 days post extraction and do not have any pain. If you or someone you know also need an extraction and implant, I highly recommend Dr. Merritt & her team! She is incredible!! :)
