All of the women doctors are great there and I highly recommend them, especially Dr Rupal. I see they say they are working on wait times but could continue to do better. I usually wait 30 to 45 minutes. I will say my biggest issue is the app they use, healow. Its a horrible app and I can never get in to make appointment for my kids. Its really unusable. It also makes you make an account for each child.
Doctor is awesome but they need to work seriously on wait time. We always come 10 mins early. And then wait minimum 30 mins before doctor shows up. When you have 1 year or 2 years old , every minute feels like an hour. Just work on your wait time issues.
Finally got to visit the Algonquin office. The staff was really welcoming and gave me big smiles. Love Dr. Patrick and the nurses.
I have been coming here for over 7 years now and I really like are Dr. The front desk ladies are nice and friendly. this location is nice could use some decor... but that's not really why I come to the Dr... overall we are happy with are Dr.
For the front desk, from all points of view, zero stars. Because of the front desk staff, we, along with my child, have to pay. Because the front desk is misleading about the insurance. I went to them for half a year. Starting in the second half of December 2024.
