My son had the flu - He missed two appointments. I called the day before his appointment and was told he could still be seen. The next morning, the day of his appointment, his therapist discharged him. This was AFTER I spoke to someone the day BEFORE to ensure his services. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT REAL LIFE SITUATIONS OR YOUR CHILDREN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! From the bottom of my heart, save your TIME AND MONEY! Anyone who has young kids, knows you cannot make every appointment. My experience at APT has been excellent. My children attend for various therapies including ABA and speech therapy. Sarah is our SLP and she is amazing. My boys look forward to seeing her because she makes it so much fun. She is kind and warm and a smile never leaves her face. I love that she gives me items to work on at home as well. Their speech and language have improved tremendously with Sarah’s help. Alex is our BCBA and she creates the ABA program and goals. So far, absolutely 5 stars! Intake coordinators and BCBAs have worked TIRELESSLY to help us get our insurance approved. We finally started our ABA journey 11/4/25 and our son (7yo, level 2ish, verbal) already looks forward to going to see his friend Ms Jasmine (Jasmine Mix) every morning! We've only had about 1 1/2 weeks of sessions so far, but my husband and I can already see little tweaks and improvements in his speech. Miss Amanda has both of mine kids and my son who was none talking , he talks a whole lot more now. My daughter speaks more proper now. Miss Amanda is so amazing with my kids, my kids are excited and happy to go see Miss Amanda every Tuesday
