The services were well performed, however the billing and ability to communicate with the office was shady, cruel and fraudulent . I was double billed. The office told me that there were two conditions for which they were treating me, resulting in the two charges. I came for one reason and did not have the other condition. In trying to discuss this, they said the doctor put it in that way and is standing behind it. They further said that my insurance covered it (I still had to pay). They would not discuss it. Great ENT doctors that know their profession well.I highly recommend Dr. Paraiso, but if you have United Healthcare Community Plan go with Dr. Laura Downey. Friendly staff as well.
