I don't think I could put into words how amazing Dr. Reed, PA McKenzie or Brandy at AOSM are. I have been through an absolute mess of medical issues since the beginning of this year and they have gone above and beyond to help me. As long as he is in practice I would never choose anyone else in orthopedic medicine to care for myself or my family than Dr. Reed. I've been going to Dr. Frix for all my breaks, sprains and bone pain for 15 years him and Pam Abernathy and team have always taken great care of me. 4 surgeries out doing great. I messed my shoulder up and going back to them for treatment. Great Team of doctors and staff.
Very kind, nice people. The online sign in is clunky and limited. How can I confirm that I understand my diagnosis, if it's my first visit?😊 The " Portal" is even worse. Messages not delivered, very unclear navigating. Even the phone # of the facility nowhere to be found " in the portal"! Very time-consuming and lopsided form of communication! Needs upgrade.
Dr Taylor Newsom is very sweet and did a great job with my knee injection. Dr Wilson was nice, thorough and explained everything going on with my hips and gave me my options, he also showed me my xrays and explained them , I really appreciate that , not many do that anymore.
