Dr Jones and Allison Touma are the best..had surgery on the 7th and they did an excellent job .they were and are very nice . And also the nurses and staff in front are great .. happy ladies and very friendly ..thank you for your help and care
Dr. Jones is a brilliant doctor and incredible surgeon. This, however, is not a review of Dr. Jones. Please do all follow-up literally anywhere else. This office is horribly mismanaged and her assistant lacks any basic understanding of orthopedic medicine or human decency.
Office personnel need training. They are unable to set up appointments accurately, take information. I asked for a drs letter for my son to resume sports after mri came back normal, took multiple phone calls before one was provided. They don't know how to text or email, I had to physically drive to the office in Haverhill to pick it. Long waits, my time is important too! Horrible experience! Wish I had read reviews first!
