I've been to the competing obs in the surrounding areas and had nothing but bad experiences and trauma. I had a stillborn less than a year ago and was terrified to return to my last doctors. So I called up associates and they got me right in. My case is very complicated and high risk and they acknowledge that and monitor me greatly. No hours listed on ANY websites so I called to get them. 8-4:30 Monday through Thursday and 8-4 on Friday. I've had some great nurses and some that have been nothing but RUDE and NASTY to me on the phone even though I was following the doctor's orders. The orders were not protocol but the doctor gave me instructions so I followed them, I did not need to be chastised on the phone by a nurse for following the doctor's orders!
I haven't been able to get up from my couch without throwing up and have been bleeding for over a Month. YOUR billing officer Said that I was irresponsible because I missed six appointments/year, when I was a patient there and pregnant with my son . Love the team. Trust no doc.more than DR.RECH..... complete trust and faith over many year. Actually listens to patient and does best to help get to bottom of the problem.... no way I would go to another Dr.unless she knew without a doubt she could no longer help.
