1 star & that’s only because I can’t give -1000, very rude & unprofessional. I’m livid! I walked out of my appointment within 1 minute of entering because of how rude he was! As I’m leaving because of his rudeness, he implied he’ll make sure I’m still charged, I said you didn’t provide service. You wouldn’t even let me tell you the root of my issue what brought me here, I’ll definitely be disputing & complaining!! Why would my Dr. refer me to this I’m incompetent man!!!

if i could give this negative stars, i would. first of all, the office is not welcoming at all. let’s just start with the receptionist who is rude as hell and doesn’t greet patients with a good morning or how are you. after completing paperwork, I was taken to a room where I’m looking around and i notice that all of the equipment is extremely old and dirty. Dr Bruce Cole walks in, hunched over, he looked like he is 96 years old. my first impression was how is this person practicing medicine and he can barely walk. This docto... read more

Reception was rude, she stated Dr does not accept Medicaid/Medicare but the website shows accepted. She kept repeating the same thing as if I was illiterate
