My family has had great experiences with the doctor and staff we have seen here.
I’m not sure why AIN does not have a higher rating. We have gone to this practice for over a year, and each time I am impressed by the staff and care my family receives.
Very thorough and informative visit. Would recommend! Tracy and Dr. Sunshine made a great team and truly listened and cared. They were very reassuring to me with my concerns.
My husband had an appointment today to see Dr. Kristin Smith. We were denied seeing her because we couldn't make our copay. Now the reason for us not being abke to make the copay was because my husband had surgery on his knee and was out a little over 2 months. Nice, huh!?!? I spent a year trying to get a hold of them after my PCP sent in 3 referrals to be seen. After finally getting ahold of them they are still hard to get a hold of. I went in for blood work and they kept saying they sent in the order, even though lake West kept saying they never received them. Another thing is when you try to call them, they never return calls and get mad at you for trying to call
