Called for appt, “Joanne” answered right away and was very nice. On hold while she looked for an opening, hold Music extremely loud .. I saw Dr Dhungel in 2024 ,Dr was personable, & knowledgeable, I liked him; However, his office staff seemed disorganized and unpleasant.
Md is very good. The office staff is very unprofessional and defensive.
