How are they still operating? Receptionist is the sweetest, most helpful person in that entire practice. The nurse who does the intake is absolutely deranged. She’s playing loud worship music (which is beautiful) while at the same time being rude, uninterested, rolling her eyes as the patient is providing the information she asks for and huffing/puffing when her Spanish cannot be understood. This clinic has absolutely no regard for its patients. My 88 year old mother has a physician (provider) there. He is unreachable. During a recent health concern she was told that she would be unable to speak to her provider and she should go to the walk in clinic to be seen. When she got there at around 1:30 pm she was told that the walk in clinic was closed and she should come early the following day to secure a spot. I'm very disappointed at the phone services . It takes a whole day to get I'm contact with one of the clinics. Please someone needs to start making some changes in the phone system I'm not the only one with the same complaint. The staff are so nice .
