Arrived more than the 30 minutes required, still waited an hour after the scheduled procedure start time. While in the waiting room, overheard two employees complaining about how Dr Patel consistently double-books his appointments. Calls to their office are a tedious gauntlet through the automated system; never got through to a live person in under 40 minutes, and then usually on hold again to transfer to someone else. Will never use them again!
Everyone was friendly and thoughtful
Explained the procedure and then at the end Dr. Patel went through what he found, what he did and new steps in trying to determine what he planned on doing in sending items for a biopsy. I felt very comfortable in all the information he provided.
Care received was amazing from scheduling to follow-up. This is not my first procedure with Dr. Patel & staff and as situation dictates, won't be the last. Truly appreciate the care I received from an awesome staff and facility. Recommend without hesitation.
First time having a colonoscopy. The prep was absolutely brutal but the actual experience was wonderful. For such an awkward and uncomfortable procedure, EVERYONE was incredible from the front desk to the nurses (Rich is hilarious) to the anesthesiologist and of course. Dr. Patel. I really appreciated everyone there.
Very professional and courteous. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and explains things in a manner which is easy to understand.
Everyone was friendly and helpful Dr Patel has a greater staff.
Routine colonoscopy. Procedure went smoothly.
Dr. Patel and his team were patient, kind and understanding. I had a very negative experience last time but this was totally different. Everyone listened, answered questions and made me feel like they cared about my experience.
