Very good care by everyone. I’ve been going to Dr. Chock since June 2022. He is very thorough and cares about his patients. The staff are friendly and caring.
Not sure why the negative reviews. My experience was very different. Everyone was kind, loving, respectful and informative. Nurse Marie was awesome! John, best sleep ever. Thanks Dr. Chockalingham for the exceptional care you give!
Would give zero stars if I could. All this doctor is doing is scamming people out of money. Horrible!!! Go any where else!
Did not have a good experience with this place! I had a colonoscopy scheduled for 1:45pm (prepped starting at 5:15am). I waited 2.5 hours before I was called back. Another hour when I got back there. They could not find a vein and I was stuck 8 times by three different people, including Dr. Chock. I was dehydrated for having to wait so long. I walked out at 5:00pm without a colonoscopy.
3.5 hours past the appointment time before the actual process was started. But prisoners seem to take precedence over anyone with an appointment. The instructions that say be prepared for 2 to 3 hour visit. Grossly understated. Have patients take necessary stuff to empty their insides. Than make them suffer unnecessarily for hours more. Totally unprofessional and disgraceful to one's well being.
