Ann who answers the phone is extremely rude. Supposedly she has no supervisor and there is no office manager. I have been seeing Dr Smith for over 30 years and I will be looking for a new primary care doctor. This is no way to run a family doctor’s office.
Dr Smith, Judy Ingram, (they listen and address any issues my husband and I have) nurses and front reception area have been wonderful, would highly recommend.
