DO NOT COME HERE! You have to get a new doctor every year because none of them stay here and they are NEVER on time. I can’t comprehend how they can be 45 minutes behind schedule, 20 minutes after they open. This place is in constant disarray, find another doctors office.
Stay away! I've had multiple problems with getting charged twice or getting no show fees when I reschedule more than 24 hours in advance. I'm currently trying to get the latest one resolved and removed but the office manager won't return any of my calls, the front desk won't let me speak to anyone higher, and billing says I need to speak to the office manager. This places administrative staff is horrible. The PA I was seeing was great, but she's no longer with the practice.
This practice is for you if willing to wait on average 5 days for a sick appointment, over a month for an annual physical appointment, and deal with cold/inflexible staff. A patient since the 90s who has experienced the downhill progression for quite some time towards myself and family members.
I have always been taken care of ND been very happycoming hereto see Dr Johnson. I now have to pick a new Dr since Dr Johnson is leaving.
Staff was cool but yall gotta hurry upppppppp
