Have been going to Dr McLam for a few years, always had courteous care. I was very dissapointed when I called to make my annual wellness appt and found she had left the practice. I was given no warning or information. Tells me everything I need to know about how they value their clients. I have changed medical Dr's and now cannot get anyone to forward my medical records. The Hagerman office is never open, no one answers the phones at either Wendell or Gooding offices. What a joke. Highly unprofessional.
I have been going to this facility since Dr Spencer came to town. It got to be too hard to get an appointment with him, That is when we started seeing Colby. She has been our provider for years, When I called to reschedule our appointment and to be told she wasn't there any longer I was stunned. I couldn't get scheduled, my kiddos are due for wellnes appointments, I need a follow up. I have heard nothing. My husband needs a provider,he has had major health problems.
