My PCP is absolutely the best, most caring doctor for me and our children. And was for nearly 27 years. But she and many doctors are leaving, quitting, because of Village Medical. And so we're forced to find a new doc and go elsewhere. We've stayed with VM so far solely due to her because under VM is terrible - the customer service/administration piece is now dreadful. How many years now and 35 minutes on hold? That’s your first experience. Horror show.
This really should be 0 Unbelievable. Waiting on the phone to schedule an appt for hours! Finally decided to have them call me back, again waited for someone to pick up for another 2hrs (when the auto line stated I was 6th in line). HORRIBLE.
I wish they never bought the Family Associates. All my doctors left Village medical one after the other. I have no doctor to go to and I am over 70 years old.
